Smoking Ban

I do not mobilise that individual states should be able to regulate where a person smokes. I travel to that the government needs to regulate this law as a whole country, and not reserve one state distinguishable from the opposite(a). Even though many bars are trying to stop the gage ban, I do not agree that it shouldnt be in place.
